Great action in the portal today. Kudos on your work through. Top notch!

Sark has preached culture over everything since day one. My only concern about all in is the impact on culture. We haven’t really done wholesale mercenary work and we lost several glue/culture guys.

Where do you land on cultural fit so far for the portal haul? More positive than negative? Opposite? Neutral? Curious to hear y’all’s perspective. SIAP

My two cents. Arch and Simmons are gonna rule the locker room this season. Not sure who is in line to take over when they leave but for now I don’t think we’ll have much trouble.

People really only care about culture when a team isn't doing well. Alabama and UGA in their hayday were getting players arrested every week. Culture is a buzzword when people are looking for someone or something to assign blame. At the end of the day, as we said in the Army, attitude reflects leadership. Sark is the culture and as the leader he's either teaching it or allowing it. The buck stops with him. With the turnover in college football as long as the head coach stays the culture shouldn't change.
