Pricncewell hasn’t submitted his paperwork. They probably negotiating a new NIL deal.

This is 7what happened at Texas concerning Warren Roberson, Kobe Black and Derek Williams. Just because announced his intention to enter the portal doesn’t start the 48 hour clock. The clock starts when a player his paperwork to the compliance office.
