Moderators Popular Post CJ Vogel Posted 5 hours ago Moderators Popular Post Posted 5 hours ago A quick update on the recovery process for offensive lineman Andre Cojoe. The 6-foot-6, 335-pound offensive lineman began running for the first time earlier in the week. Obviously, it was a great sign to see Cojoe with his helmet in hand during bowl practices, but obviously his athletic participation only extended to off-field stretching. Now, he is beginning to inch back towards extended running and conditioning. Cojoe tore his ACL back in fall camp in August. The update I posted last week mentioned he is about four months and change removed since the injury. I don't believe Cojoe will be a full participant in the spring, but this is very much a positive to get him back for the summer conditioning months. 63 3 Quote
Bunk Moreland Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago That’s a great update. If he can be truly good to go by the season, it would do wonders for the OL depth chart. 5 Quote

hookem1014 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Lateral movement will be the biggest hurdle coming off an ACL especially with him being a tackle. Hopefully he can recover well enough to be a solid rotational piece behind Siani 2 Quote

Even with just the redshirt, he'd be fine to play 2027 as a RsSr. For example, Conner Robertson and Neto Umeozulu are both playing this year as RSSr. Both from the 2022 cycle. 3 1 Quote

drag worm Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Much needed depth if he can get back even by conference play this season. Quote

He is a member of the 2023 recruiting class and redshirted in 2023, so he has 2 years of eligibility remaining or three years if he gets a medical redshirt for 2025. Great update. We need him healthy by fall camp. 1 Quote

We could only play in so many games and % wise it is basically equal to 4 games in football from what i remember. this was a while ago though before all of this madness happened. Quote

Basketball, playing in 1 game eliminates red shirt. Just looked it up and lacrosse has the same red shirt rule. Can practice but cannot participate in a game. Quote
