Andrew Ermis is a high-upside offensive catcher recorded a .479 on-base percentage in 2025. He led his previous team in home runs (10) and RBIs (41) during the 2025 campaign, slugging .588.

Scouts and coaches describe him as an "absolute brick wall" behind the plate, noted for preventing passed balls and wild pitches.  In 50 games during the 2025 season, he did not commit a single error on 252 total chances, maintaining a 1.000 fielding percentage.
