Cameron Dickey might be the most overrated player in the country. Yes, his numbers look good (1100 yards on 5.4YPC) but more than 1/3 of those yards came in two games (Kansas and BYU). He only broke 100 yards twice—in those two games—even while playing one of the softest schedules in the country. The only time he played a legit team (Oregon), he ran for 29 yards on 10 carries.

Jeff, who do you think will have the bigger impact for us? Of course they both have the ability to be big impacts for us compared to what our RB room looked like last year but in your opinion who do you think steps in and makes a bigger splash for us is I guess what I’m trying to say

Smothers, IMO. If Texas still wants the foundation of the running game to be the outsize zone, he’s a perfect fit. But I think he’s potentially a more complete runner than Wisner.

Jeff, I respect your opinion more than myself. However, both of them looked great on highlights. I couldn't tell you who looked better. Nice problem to have.
