No wasted motion with him, in either track or football.  He's Bobby Hayes incarnate.  Only he has the advantage of great coaching at an early age.  Very positive attitude to boot.  Respectful.  

In football it translates to both power and speed.  Can cut on a dime.  Fun to watch.
