When Shaq recently said Lakers fans loved Kobe more than him, I thought no crap genius. I became a Lakers fan in 1978 watching Kareem when I was 5. I never considered Shaq anywhere close to Kareem, Kobe or Magic. Fatboy wouldn't work. Jerry West told us in June 1996 that Kobe was more important Shaq. Quote
