Anybody do a Memorial Day 'Murph' today?

I'm getting over covid so I have limited lung capacity but did a mini murph this morning that kicked my butt.

Never had COVID yet, and I am too old for the Murphy anyway.  Never had polio, mumps, pertussis, smallpox, diphtheria nor hepatitis either. I believe in modern inoculation big time!!

No vest 67 mins 45yo. I’m wet because I did a cold plunge right after I finished🤘🏽
