Not really. He chokes in big games and can't pass. If that's your definition of a good college qb, we're not talking about the same thing.

How many QB’s in the country do you consider “a good college QB”??

Haha. Nah.

But he's a dangerous QB in CFB ... 34 TD's vs. 9 INT's with 750+ rushing yards and a 16-4 record as a starting QB is a very good in CFB.

Will be interesting to see what he looks like for Kiffin, but also making jump into an SEC schedule.

How quickly people forget he almost singlehandedly led ASU to beat us.

Are we forgetting the RB with CTE since 11 years old?

He's not that great of a QB but some of his most dangerous abilities are his way of extending plays and his toughness. I think he's overrated but the kid excels at what he's good at. Maybe at a better program with better players around him, hell even a better offensive system, he'll thrive. Look at what Chambliss did under Kiffin and he was a D2 QB.

Did you watch the game? Leavitt didn't do crap other than throw incomplete passes.

I’m thinking Dominique Wilkins in a Lakers uniform.

I just watched a Byron Scott podcast with Magic. Both said Kobe, Kareem then Magic, although Magic said he didn't like to talk about himself.

I’m not a Lakers fan or a Kobe fan.  I was mostly giving you a hard time though - thinking I’m being humorous.  I had the Celtics too, but I’ve grown to have a greater appreciation for Bird.

The Lakers back then were loaded with high profile collegiate guys.  The Celtics less so.

Then Shaq was pretty unique and his play was a bit more personal.  I always have reservations about high volume shooters.  At the local high school I see that a bit now.  It’s to the detriment of the team in this case because everyone else has limited reps and confidence.

Sam Leavitt is 6-1 vs top 25 ranked teams as a starter.

I'm not saying he's a great player, but he's certainly better than most in CFB at his position. 34-9 TD/INT and a threat with his legs that was a huge part of the turnaround at AzState

We get it you are in love with him Gerry he is still a fraud QB and that’s ok
