mmdaytontexas Posted June 29 Posted June 29 In less than a year, he went from being able to do everything physically to not being able to talk or lift his arms. That's a pretty rapid advancement of that horrible disease. I can't imagine what it's like to be given a death sentence that early in life. Based on my own faith and the peace that I have, I pray that he has a close relationship with Jesus and that he is at peace in his heart with the certainty of that final journey. 6 Quote

NothinButDaHorns34 Posted June 29 Posted June 29 Watched my dad wither away within a year after his ALS diagnosis right after he retired. Only in my mid 30’s now and wish he was still here to create more memories with. 3 Quote

My heart breaks every time i hear about somebody’s diagnosis with ALS. It’s just heartbreaking to see a family member helpless to what’s happening to them. 1 Quote
