I think the need for a developed pass-catching TE is underrated on this team.  We expect great things from Townsend, but it sounds like he is 1/2 season away.

This sucks for Texas. We don’t have much needs. Will only help our competition in closing the talent gap. Plus it sucks for all the kids who worked hard to climb the depth chart.

Nope...Ohio St didn't trust him anymore than we trust Bert Auburn but that Houston guy has me intrigued and there isn't any scheme stuff kickers have to learn this late either.

NIL requirements from the portal guys will play a part in determining what Texas does IMO.
