Same.  I know a lot of people don’t care about conference championship games or winning conference titles (just make the CFP, right), but it would be cool for Texas to get to and win the last ever SEC Championship Game over Georgia.  Would be so fitting.  At least you have some team hardware to show for the Manning era if you don’t win a natty.  Of course, that seems like a tall task at the moment.

It's hilarious when people say they won't watch or follow CFB anymore when playoffs expand to 24. I heard the same thing ever portal and NIL. Stadiums are full and tv viewershipare at all time highs. LOL

Exactly.  The early rounds are basically a bowl game that means something.  More meaningful games, the better.
