kren Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago #1 Georgia goes down, Bama gets blown out, Texas (maybe unsurprisingly) loses to an unranked opponent. The SEC is in chaos right now, and it’s been crazy to watch 1 Quote
harveycmd Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Watching fan reaction to this volatility is more entertaining than the games now. You literally see the decline of society before your eyes. 4 Quote

NTX_Horn Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago A lot of fanbases are acting crazy right now. Next year will be different as far as stomaching 2 or 3 losses. It will be easier to make the playoffs. This year is the last year where there is little margin for error, especially with Texas since this was one of their most talented rosters that will end up with 4 or 5 losses. 1 Quote

HawkDriver Posted 54 minutes ago Posted 54 minutes ago You’ll see 5-6 teams from the ACC/Big12/ND unfortunately, plus a no shot group of whatever. Quote

This season forward there will be no real national champion, just as there wasn't during the poll era. You have the pansies who will insist on letting all the "little guys" in the playoff this year, and with playoff expansion next year it will be a pure crapshoot of mediocrity. Time to move on. I guess, but at some point you’ll have to beat a few of the top 8 teams. I like the playoffs and don’t really care if you let 50 in. Still have to beat good teams to win Quote
