I don’t think that should be a fear, if that wins games, then hell yeah.

That’s how I feel I don’t care if it’s Arch, Kj, Dia, Mj Morris, or Gerry Hamilton playing qb as long as it results in wins

Gerry will do anything he can to blame arch instead of blaming our egomaniac head coach and his main source in Kyle flood who should have been fired last year

If you look at all the clips going around Arch misses almost every read. It appears Sark has schemed plays for players to be open and work. Not sure if having an OC call different plays helps Arch. He would just miss read those too.. I guess we all opinions at this point... Regardless my bet the wheels are in motion already. I trust our leadership to work it out.

Controlled environment practice reps are not equal to Saturday reps.  You don't know what you have until live bullets are flying.  We have a very good idea what we have in Arch.  Sark knows this.  Reps being 50/50 leads me to believe the decision has been made.  Let's see what we have in KJ.  Will still be the 1st career start for a QB in the SEC, but are there flashes of being able to sustain an efficient offense?

Oh I agree 💯 and I’m not defending arch just calling out my Aggie friend Gerry out is all

Not really ... Arch has represented The U well, so its unfortunate.

The fact we have a QB competition during a natty or bust season says all we need to know about our egomaniac head coach

No way in hell. QE handle the pressure worse than Arch. Remember UGA? Sark is the common denominator here.

Ewers got us to two Playoffs. Beat ou multiple times, Beat Bama, Won several playoff games.....

Lacey needs to start on Saturday. If things aren't markedly better by half, perhaps that gives Arch a boost of confidence to put on the cape and be a hero.

At this point I think it's safe to say Arch isn't going to get his head fixed overnight, and starting him feels like the definition of insanity.

Additionally, I think if Texas does drop a third game in a row, Sark will get more grace if he starts Lacey than if he starts Arch.

Arch beat OU too, and I stand by my take that these blitz heavy defenses we've see this year with our bad OL would have given QE even more problems with his bad wheels.
