Levester White Posted 44 minutes ago Posted 44 minutes ago Marcus Myers is saying Brandon Baker was pulled in place of Dylan #56 and Seymore replaced him at LG. Did anyone notice that? Quote
jkates Posted 41 minutes ago Posted 41 minutes ago It wasn't a pulling. It was adjusting to injuries. The line eventually went back to the starters. 1 Quote

Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 38 minutes ago Moderators Posted 38 minutes ago It looked like Baker had an injury or something because you can see him motioning to the sideline that he needed to come off the field. Laurence Seymore came in for two or three plays and Sikorski went to right guard. Seymore didn't come back into the game until the second unit was in on the offense's last drive. Quote
Shmatt Posted 37 minutes ago Posted 37 minutes ago It should have stayed that way Baker has been trash at RG Quote

Dang, I really have not liked Baker’s play. I was hoping there was some positive changes to the oline happening. Quote

bevocbs Posted 23 minutes ago Posted 23 minutes ago It is funny that everyone on here is trashing Baker and on the other site a former UT All-American and many year NFL OL said he had the best game of any offensive lineman. Quote

Some of us didn’t watch the game, bro. That’s good he had his best game. Was it #56 giving up the inside pressure? Maybe it was him. I hear someone was losing the twist and stunts. Quote

Not saying anything about Baker, just that those two whiffing stunts have been very noticeable for me Quote
HalfmileHorn Posted 1 minute ago Posted 1 minute ago I see 3 large humans, albeit freshmen, who haven't had a snap this season. Any chance of them getting reps soon, just in case? OT John Turntine III — N/A IOL Nicolas Robertson — N/A IOL Kaden Scherer — N/A I imagine the coaches believe they aren't ready, but whiffing, lookout blocks (without calling "look out!!??!!"), holding calls, illegal motion, etc. makes it seem like more competition is needed.
