I don't think he would ever see the field at Texas unless struck by the injury bug. When you look at the depth chart you definitely see a need for another edge prospect. Until he proves otherwise I'll assume Vasek is the injury bug. Moore is now listed at linebacker but he can slide there but yeah just look at the position and you cans ee a need. Quote

Stockton seems to have a better arm, and he can move. Stockton isn't as slippery as Leavitt, but I can't see that Leavitt is a big overall upgrade. I know Gerry likes Leavitt. Truth is, Leavitt couldn't hardly complete a pass against us. Kirby hasn't exactly been a great evaluator of quarterbacks. Stockton is no more talented than Sam Ehlinger. Leavitt is superior in every way. 2 Quote

This dynamic, when combined with the timing of the House settlement, is going to set off an orgy of obscene NIL battles got talent. I don't think we really have a talent gap but more of an experience gap. 4 Quote

When the new roster talent drops Texas, Ohio St, Georgia, and Oregon will all be top 5 in terms of talent. Michigan and Tennessee will be around the 10-15 range. It's definitely experience gap across the board. There is not a Ohio St or Michigan type team this year with 18-19 starters being proven experience. 1 Quote
