Hookem777
I couldn't find anything on UGA boards or other Texas boards. Anyone seen anything else on it anywhere? Odd coming from an Arky guy and not UGA (I know their RB coach is the other finalist but still weird to me) Edited February 24 by Hookem777
harveycmd
Sounds like someone trying to help Jimmy Smith get more money.

TTown
I looked at the Georgia Boards as well, hell not doing anything else tonight ha! Didn't see much either just a mention. Not that it would happen but hypothetically if he did(which I doubt btw) would the SEC transfer rules between SEC teams apply to us even though we haven't joined the conference yet? Feb 1 was the date or you sit out a year. For instance again not saying will happen at all, could Matthews from A&M come here? Could 1 of our rb's transfer to Georgia if he left? Just curious , and no I don't expect it, just like clarification on that rule as applies to us and OU.🤘

Hermanator
From purely the outside looking in would seem like a stupid lateral move, even if they offered a little more money. He would be leaving a program on the rise and a HC that is seemingly grooming him to be a HC one day soon for a job with a coach that has to pull off one of the greatest coaching jobs in CFB history to just keep his job past 3 seasons. If Alabama starts going 8-4 or 9-3 De Boer will be run out of town. Just doesn't make sense to jump on a leaky ship when you're cruising towards a future HC gig right now. Randy Crownover
Let’s hope GA fills its ranks with someone other than Choice.
Earmuffs
After losing Davis and the fallout there we should break the bank to keep him in the fold.
