Tight end Kaden Prothro Sets Decisions Date

According to Sam Spiegelman of On3, tight end Kaden Prothro will make his decision on July 12. 

He will decide between Texas, Florida and Georgia.

Was it Prothro (or someone else at TE) who said over the weekend that he really only wanted to be lined up outside? I thought it was a crazy comment considering how important blocking is for a TE.
