He will most certainly be suspended for half of if not the rest of the season. Sark doesn’t play the DWI bullsh*t given his history with alcohol.

It wasn’t alcohol.

Apparently OTF members aren’t the only ones who like Rogue Shop.

How do you know?  Isn’t DWI for alcohol and DUI for the other?  I know nothing about those laws honestly

Sub headline from SI: The Texas Longhorns have some off-the-field issues to deal with before their home opener.

Not a narrative we want.

Narratives are subjective. Doesn't mean it's true all the time. People overrate alot of situations.

As reported by 247:  A previous version of the story included a charge for possession of a controlled substance — as stated in the original story, the charge was rejected by prosecutors, which means the only official charge Mack has been levied with is the DWI.

Possession is fairly easy to prove so the DA dropping this charge is interesting. Also that’s two DWI/DUI charges this year involving marijuana possession. Depending on the amount carried, this could have been a felony. This could have devastating consequences. Need to be smarter.

This is just really stupid. You have yourself a great opportunity and you're doing your best to piss it away.

Probably won't get kicked off the team, but with Sark there will definitely be a punishment.

Kids do make mistakes for sure. But DWI/DUI is not “just a mistake he’ll learn”. That’s something that can have irreversible consequences for multiple families. There uber, Lyft, heck even self driving cars now. No reason this hapoens

lets hope it’s not a trend. The fact it was Wednesday morning as well is bad

Yes, we're basically Florida 2009 at this point. I heard that Jerrick Gibson actually murdered Jonah Williams.

SEC injury report: deceased

Travis Co DA Jose Garza can't even get murder cases to trial, having charges dropped in Travis Co is a low bar. Sorry, politics, @Bobby Burton.

Not necessarily alcohol related. Bad teammate at minimum. Middle of game week? Inexcusible.

There is a special breaking news video that Bobby, Gerry, and CJ posted a little while ago about the imminent return of Jonah Williams and it includes a discussion of the Wardell Mack situation.
