The only way to stop this is to have severe penalties for gambling by athletes. 

Of course it is a problem.  It has always been a problem.  It will always be a problem.

Fans have to fight to keep the Integrity of college sports intact, because there will always be people like Pete Rose and @Blake Munroe pulling us in the other direction.

It’s an even bigger problem now that the networks who pay the media rights for all these leagues pro or not are in business relationships with the gambling organizations
