PrisonMike Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago Oh I knew. I lived it. I don’t want this to happen. But I see the writing on the wall. He can’t consistently call a college game to success. He needs to be in the nfl with better talent that can run what he wants. 1 Quote
Ryan Clement Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Anyone calling for sark right now is an idiot. I think alot more goes into being the head coach at Texas then any of us know. I think if this wasnt texas and our qb wasnt a manning, sark would of benched him. I think it would be career suicide to bench a manning especially at a place like texas Quote

And if he hasn’t been able to develop that same QB after three years in his system, that’s on him too. He’s supposed to be an offensive guru, but at some point, you’ve got to show it. This is Sark’s offense, Sark’s roster, and Sark’s responsibility. 9 Quote
PrisonMike Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago I’m not calling for Sark now. But the play calling is putting the team at a disadvantage. And he’s not going to give up play calling. What’s the answer? Quote

And he’s not going to give up play calling. What’s the answer? The issues with this team are obvious, no rhythm, no identity, no adjustments, and it all points right back to Sark. It’s year five, and he’s still calling plays like a coordinator instead of managing the game like a head coach. The offense is predictable, the team looks flat, and there’s zero accountability. At some point, you’ve got to stop clinging to the play sheet and start leading the program. Everything wrong with this team reflects that. 2 Quote

Kyle Flood is OC by title only to justify his pay. 1 Quote

I saw alot of times though that there were wide open recievers and one either arch didnt hit them or 2 our oline couldn't give arch time to make the throw. Quote

Notice how Ohio State's program is one the verge of back to back natties once Ryan Day gave up playcalling to Kelly and now Hartline? 1 Quote

Flood is going to be the scapegoat? It’s deeper than that as Gerry has continued to say. There’s an elephant in the room folks don’t want to face. It’s coming though. 1 Quote

I think it would be career suicide to bench a manning especially at a place like texas There’s a huge difference between benching him permanently and sitting him for a few series to settle him down. Just like Sark did with Quinn. It’s a ridiculous double standard for Manning and it’s causing our team to struggle in games that should be much less competitive. 1 1 Quote

I want Sark to get it figured out, but the truth is, our defense has saved us for the last three years. Our offense has never been a strength. For someone’s that’s an offensive guru, we consistently have a mediocre to less than mediocre offense. Quote
NothinButDaHorns34 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Severe overreaction, But it’s typical of people on here. I do think some mass changes in philosophy need to be made on offense. For one STOP being complacent on not chasing portal offensive lineman IF they are good enough to start here. Edited 3 hours ago by NothinButDaHorns34 Quote
MBHORNSFAN Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Take this nonsense back to OB. It's one of the reasons a bunch of us left. Quote
