    All good. I just can't believe agents want 15% of rev share. That's just nuts to me.

    Good info. Thanks for sharing. I'd caution against blanket statements, however. They actually shouldn't have agents if the agents are going to take 15% of rev share. At that point, I'd shop myself and just hire a contract attorney to review and advise for about $1-2k instead of the $15k+ an agent might want.
