  1. Mendoza fouls off a pair of 0-2 pitches before going down on strikes. That's the third for West and the 14th for the Longhorns.
  2. Galvan singles to right on a 1-0 pitch for his first hit of the season.

  4. Riojas comes through, retiring King on strikes to end the sixth.
  5. With the tying run on second and two outs, Texas is going to the bullpen. Spencer is lifted in favor of Ruger Riojas after Klein singles to the left side and advances to second on a throwing error by Flores. Louisville has runners in scoring position with two outs.
  6. Rose keeps the inning going for Louisville, reaching with a two-out single.
  7. Two double plays in big spots for the Longhorns.

  9. Good job by Spencer, battling back from a 3-0 count to bring it full.

  22. Flores goes down on strikes for the third time tonight. Forbes strikes out the side in the fifth. He's fired 11 strikeouts and retired the last seven Longhorns he's faced.
