    I don't think the labrum was an issue for Gilbert as much as his ability to read/process. I do wonder if Lasik could've/would've solved some of the issues he had in 2010. It's a case-by-case basis with the shoulder specifically. For example, shoulder injury/surgery prevented Trey Hopkins and Adrian Phillips from getting drafted, but both carved out nice NFL careers.
