  1. Mendoza's pop fly gets caught up in the wind and Jackson loses it. He drops it on the warning track. Texas has runners in scoring position for Flores and the Bulldogs will make a pitching change.
  2. Gumbo Duplantier is in the game to run for Winfield.
  3. Winfield draws a walk. Looked like was at least seeing the ball well on that AB.
  4. Grubbs works around a one-out single by Zaborowski to keep Georgia off the scoreboard in the top of the seventh. The Longhorns trail by two at stretch time, 4-2.
  5. McCarthy didn't get a good read on that fly ball by Stewart, but he runs it down for the third out of the inning. The Longhorns strand a runner in scoring position in the sixth.
  6. Casey Borba with a two-out double down the line and into the right-field corner. Stewart comes up with two outs and a runner in scoring position.
  7. Curley is done. UGA has turned the game over to righty Kolten Smith (2-0, 3.55 ERA).
  8. Alford's ground ball is fielded by Borba, who goes to second to retire Branch and end the inning.

  10. Harrison departs after striking out nine in 5.2 innings with 96 pitches thrown.
  11. Branch should get credit for a base hit. A very tough play for Borba and his throw pulled Schuessler off the bag. That'll be it for Harrison.
  12. Max Grubbs is ready. This might be the last batter Harrison faces.
  13. That's why he's a blue-chip prospect in the Texas market, folks!
  14. Make it nine strikeouts for Harrison. Hunter is down on strikes. Branch coming up with two outs.
  15. Credit to Luke for battling today against the Georgia bats and the strike zone.
  16. Jackson swings and misses for the first out of the inning. Eight strikeouts for Harrison is a career high.
  17. Harrison entered the sixth with 80 pitches under his belt.
  18. Galvan looks at strike three on a payoff pitch and the inning is over. The Longhorns score two runs on three hits and leave three on base in the fifth.
