  1. Back-to-back one-out singles by McClure and Morresi. It's first and second for Gruell. I can't imagine Walker will go much longer at this rate.
  2. Walker with a really nice job fielding that chopper by Taussig.
  3. UTSA has beaten Texas twice this season by doing what Texas has done to just about everyone else except Arkansas. Play clean, let the opponent make mistakes and trust yourself to get a timely hit.
  4. I don't know if that was Galvan's call on the read or if he was told to tag up in that situation, but that seems reckless with two outs.
  5. Taussig catches a drive from Schuessler against the wall, and Galvan runs into the third out. Brutal.
  6. You might be right. He's all over the place.
  7. Belyeu rips the first pitch he sees into right field for a single. Two on, one out for Schuessler.
  8. Galvan works a walk on a pitch that was probably a strike, but with this ump, it's a crapshoot.
  9. I don't know how it looks on TV, but this strike zone looks terrible from where I'm sitting.
  10. Lytle got out in front of that one. It dies in right. Belyeu runs in to make the catch and end the inning.
  11. Stucky is down on strikes. Lytle comes up with first and third and two outs.
  12. Walker's pickoff attempt goes into center field. Miller slammed into a Mendoza, eliminating any chance he had to catch the ball.
  13. Between Hamilton and Walker in 1.1 innings, that's the third free pass (HBP, two walks).
  14. Walker battles back from issuing a leadoff walk, striking out Ballin for the first out of the inning.
  15. Williams got subbed out because he's injured. Had nothing to do with his play.
  16. Ethan Walker is the next man out of the bullpen for the Longhorns.
  17. I don't know what Gasparino saw on those last two pitches. The inning ends with a strikeout.
  18. Williams with the third hit of the night for the Longhorns. A two-out single to right keeps the inning alive.
