  1. And just like that, Miller walks and UTSA has the bases loaded with no outs in the top of the fifth.
  2. Liquor before beer, you're all clear. Do as you please, I say.
  3. Stuckey works a walk. Texas with a clunky, sloppy start to the fifth.
  4. If Mendoza were able to play in the field, it wouldn't be a concern.
  5. UTSA now has a runner in scoring position on what's scored as a passed ball.
  6. McClure beats the shift, thanks to an error charged to Rodriguez.
  7. No, but he led the AL in home runs one season and RBI another.
  8. Flores has struggled to hit fastballs. That's his second strikeout tonight.
  9. Stuckey wasn't able to make the transfer on Rodriguez's stolen base. I don't think he would've got him because Adrian got a good job.
  10. Heck of a play by Morresi to pick a laser off Rodriguez's bat. Belyeu is retired at second base. A man on first with two outs for Flores
  11. Schuessler got rung up on strikes, only the third time that's happened to the Longhorns tonight.
  12. Alabama, yes. UGA is in the loser's bracket in Athens. UCLA is up 9-1 on Arizona State in the bottom of the fourth.
  13. I just looked it up. He was 18. Won the AL batting title two years later. Very underrated in the grand scheme of baseball history.
  14. Harrison strikes out Ty Hodge to get out of the fourth. Good to see him refocus and locate.
  15. Harrison is fighting through some control struggles in this inning.
  16. I can't remember if Al Kaline was 18 or 19 when he made his MLB debut.
  17. Taussig is safe. Mendoza couldn't make the scoop charging in from second on a slow roller.
  18. Nice scoop by Flores, but an even better save by Schuessler to retire Gruell for the first out of the fourth.
  19. Galvan strikes out to end the inning, but the damage is done. Five runs on four hits with two left on base for Texas in the third.
  20. After Mendoza gets hit by a pitch, Kelley takes too long to get back to the rubber. Mendoza takes second base, putting RISP for Galvan with two outs.
  21. Jonah scores on a wild pitch. Texas has broken the game open with a five-run third, leading it 6-1 over UTSA.
