    Weiner is one of the best minds in all of college baseball, imo. Ive done hours of research on the guy when I knew Schloss was coming to Texas. I’m really excited about his presence. It’s going to make a HUGE difference.

    With the excitement surrounding Schloss and the first year of playing in the SEC, I don’t see how there’s any way we couldn’t! As for the second part of your question, read Pure Baseball by Keith Hernandez. It’s on Amazon. Also watch a lot of MLB Network. They actually teach a ton on there, way better than the NFL Network.

    Texas has hired Josh White in a PR/Social Media role. White has spent the last few years at Miami, where he served in an associate director / athletics communications role. He was basically the primary communications contact and social media manager for the Miami Hurricanes baseball team. Very minor news in the grand scheme of things, but still noteworthy.
