  3. Ohio State football coach Ryan Day has a career record of one win and three losses against Michigan football since he was hired as the Buckeyes' head coach in 2019. After three straight losses to the Wolverines and a number of high profile defections to "The Team Up North," Day's patience is being tested. Day lost running backs coach Tony Alford to Michigan this past March, followed by the departure of assistant athletic director for football recruiting and events Erin Dunston to Ann Arbor this week. Message boards from both teams and Barstool Sports have been ablaze with rumors that things did not end well between Day and Dunston, culminating with Day allegedly "cussing Dunston out" before having her escorted from the building. A screenshot of an alleged post from Michigan football insider Sam Webb stated that he heard of an alleged incident. A similar account of the same alleged incident was also described by Bucknuts 247Sports contributor JBook, a former Division-I college football player. rest of story and screenshot here: https://athlonsports.com/college-football/ryan-day-allegedly-cussed-out-called-security-on-staff-member-who-left-buckeyes-for-michigan

  8. And in a new update: Deion Sanders Jr. denies allegation Colorado football players were forced to attend Lil Wayne concert https://glorycolorado.com/posts/deion-sanders-jr-denies-allegation-colorado-football-players-forced-attend-lil-wayne-concert
  9. “When Coach Prime told us we all had to be there to support Shedeur as a rapper, they were not happy at all. To be honest, it was nothing but a huge distraction and Daddy Ball was being played." Shedeur Sanders was part of the opening act lineup before Lil Wayne took the stage. He debuted his new single "Perfect Timing" in front of the over-capacity crowd in Boulder. Coach Prime came out with his own single "Must Be The Money II" via Death Row Record two week ago. Neither have picked up a spot on the Billboard 100 charts or received any widespread radio play. https://athlonsports.com/college/colorado-buffaloes/all-buffaloes/football/deion-sanders-made-lil-wayne-concert-mandatory-for-players-to-support-shedeurs-rap-sources-say

  14. AUSTIN (KXAN) — Fans cheering on the Longhorns at this year’s UT-Michigan game now have another nonstop option to make the journey. Southwest Airlines will offer two nonstop flights ahead of the game on Sept. 7. Flights will depart Austin at 11:40 a.m. on both Thursday and Friday, Sept. 5 and 6, and will land at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) at 3:35 p.m. local time. The airport is about 25 miles east of Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7. Two returning flights will leave on Sunday, Sept. 8 — one leaving Detroit at 9 a.m. and arriving in Austin at 10:55 a.m., and the other leaving at 4:55 p.m. and arriving at 6:50 p.m. The route is one of several that Southwest will operate to shuttle fans this football season. The airlines will also fly to Austin from Atlanta for the Oct. 19 game against Georgia. This will be only the second time that the Longhorns have faced the Michigan Wolverines. The teams met in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day 2005, with UT winning 38-37. Delta Air Lines also operates nonstop AUS-DTW flights as part of its regular scheduled service. Delta announced last month special nonstop service for UT’s game against Arkansas. The airline will also fly nonstop to Austin from Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando and Lexington for the home games against Florida and Kentucky. https://www.kxan.com/news/local/austin/austin-airport/southwest-airlines-to-fly-nonstop-to-detroit-for-ut-michigan-game/?utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral
