    I don't think LSU cares about the massive buyout as much as they care about the long-term effects on their football program by keeping him around at this point. However, I have a hard time seeing any current players leaving or current high school recruits decommitting, assuming they make a good hire to replace him.

    Idk Caldwell, Mosley, Brevard, Watson, Shaw, Kanu. Bowmeester, and Shipley have all been welcomed additions to this team this season.

    Is it a similar scenario to Venables where Kelly has to finish the regular season 8-4 to keep his job? After this bye week, Kelly has to go to Bama, play at home against Arkansas and WKU (LOL) before finishing at OU. Not sure they win any of those games besides WKU.

    If Sark leaves, the next head coach can build off of what Sark has done well and hopefully correct areas where Sark has not done as well. Hate to lose him, but Sark has left the program is the best spot it's been in since mid-2000s Mack Brown.

    - Freeman makes the most sense imo. Young, energetic, likable, great recruiter. - Kiffin would fix the offense, but would the Texas boosters put up with some of his antics? Has a reputation of coming up short in big games as well. If he retained PK and his staff, that could work out well. - Cignetti would bring in his entire staff as they’ve worked with him since his JMU days. However, I worry about his age. Would be a home run hire if he was 10 years younger.
