  1. Ah yes, the SEC and the Texas Longhorns. Such a long history.
  2. Oh, we're soft as sh*t. As long as the players aren't soft, I couldn't care less. Just win
  3. I'll see you here on 8/30 at 4pm
  4. They are all more physical than Texas?
  5. Have any of you played OL in high school or college? I have not, but it seems like it would impact the blocking for an edge rusher if you had a club or large bandage on your hand. Can anybody speak from experience?
  6. What the hell are you even talking about lol
  7. "Not as soft ass yankee" You're an idiot Maybe the OU/UT rivalry is different, but we don't play that. If you're a Michigan fan talking sh*t about our coach and his family and paying for recruits, we're not nearly as soft to let you just come into our stadium. Also, you're just Penn State to us. Win before you start going out calling other programs soft when you can't match the physicality of Georgia or Ohio State. We're going to find out a lot about who is softer on Saturday. 5/5 of Ohio State's OL are from the North. 4/5 are from the state of Ohio. Max Klare is from Ohio. Both of our linebackers are from Ohio, and 3/4 of our starting secondary are from the North. We'll see you on Saturday.
  8. For sure, can't argue with anything you just stated
  9. Where as the offensive success was based around the OL, it wasn't Denzel Burke leading the defensive success. It was more scheme and DL + Caleb Downs and the rest of the secondary.
  10. I'm going to move forward with the assumption Mosley will miss Saturday's game. I am also going to move forward with the assumption that Goosby WILL PLAY on Saturday. Will Goosby start? Is that the expectation, or just play at some point? Day is typically very secretive about injuries. Usually we don't find out until the 11am Gameday availability report, but so far there are no rumored injuries that Ohio State is dealing with.
  11. But yet, Ohio State is soft?
  12. Bro, if ya'll allowed OU boosters behind the scenes of your football program, that would be idiotic.
  13. Look, Taafe is an elite safety. He's an All-American for a reason and is starting for the #1 ranked team in the country. It's like deciding between Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Wingo. You can't go wrong either way. Both elite.
  14. - I don't care if he was injured, Ohio State was playing with their second string OL - What play call? The play call that allowed Ohio State to throw a 75 yard screen pass with no defense in the way.
  15. Yeah, Burke was just limited in what he could do. He was never a legit NFL prospect. Moving forward it will be all of Tim Walton's recruits, so it'll mirror the WR room in 5* after 5*
  16. The Big 10 is much more like the NFL in the offenses they see
  17. He might be a better eraser, but Sark and your DC would pick Downs over him to play the same position.
  18. The strip sack was just Sawyer absolutely obliterating your RT. The Henderson screen was horrible defensive play call by whoever is calling your plays.
  19. Downs is a safety, so I would never expect him to do anything other than helping over the top, or covering RB's and TE's. Denzel Burke was burned by Steward, but luckily Burke has graduated and Jermaine Matthews Jr & Davison Igbinosun are the top two cornerbacks.
  20. Yeah, those are excuses too. Michigan has won four years in a row because they were tougher and more physical than Ohio State. Just because it's coming from Ohio State fans doesn't make it any less than a BS excuse.
  21. Simmons was a non-factor. That doesn't mean he will be on 8/30, and that's what really matters. The Cotton Bowl was in the past.
  22. Running backs without a good OL are nothing. Everything starts up front. Like I said, Will Howard had plenty of time in the pocket, and the backs had clear gaps to run through. Those were the entire games against Indiana, Tennessee, Oregon, and Notre Dame. Will Howard had plenty of time to throw against Texas as well.
