  1. We’ll find out how soft they are in 4 days How soft do you have to be to have first and goal at the 1 and the other team gets 7 out of it?
  2. Doesn’t matter. Ohio State 31-17
  3. Thanks Jon! My arrogance came out a few times but I was able to suppress it pretty quickly haha. Good luck to your Longhorns, and I think we can both agree, we don’t care how it looks, just score one more point than the opposing team.
  4. Hartline wanted McCutcheon & Lockett bad. Hopefully those missed don’t bite Ohio State on 08/30
  5. What’s the latest regard Mosley, Goosby, and Chatman? I haven’t anything at all on Mosley & Chatman, but the latest I’ve heard on Goosby is that he is practicing but in a limited fashion. It doesn’t seem like anybody is too concerned about him being out for Saturday’s game.
  6. Yeah for sure, same with Day. If you want, I would look at ElevenWarriors.com on Saturday at 11am EST. They will post the availability report at that time. I was more talking about rumors of injuries.
  7. Any injury updates? From Ohio State’s end there are none that we are aware of
  8. I was curious If Ohio State & Texas were mirror images of each other on the field so I did a deep dive on the recruiting rankings of all of the contributors on both sides of the ball to see how they match up. I have no idea at this moment what the data is going to show, but let's take a look. 9. Per Grok, only 3 of those guys started against USC in the 05-06 Rose Bowl. Grok‘s been wrong before. Either way, a massive fact missing from your comparison is that Texas is not returning the stars that 06 Ohio State was. If this was Arch’s second season as QB1, I would be much more concerned.
  10. The ‘06 Texas team returned all five starters from their ‘05 national championship team? That’s wild.
  11. I can’t comment on the validity of that chart, but we our confident in Ohio State’s IOL because they just proved they could win a national championship. As for the tackles, it’s strictly based off of reporting on how they’ve performed in fall camp.
  12. I already contacted hospital staff and they assured me all TV’s will be on the Ohio State game.
  13. Obviously he has to go out and earn it on the field, but a lot of people in the program believe he is JK Dobbins 2.0.
  14. As an Ohio State fan there are only two things that concern me, in terms of if the offense will be among the elite again - 1. Julian Sayin 2. Brian Hartline calling plays Both aren’t liabilities, just question marks. I have no concerns in regards to the WR, TE, OL, or RB rooms.
  15. For anyone who is curious, this is what Eleven Warriors is projecting to be Ohio State‘S depth chart on 8/30.
  16. Expected to be 100% and not be on a snap count?
  17. Is CJ Baxter for sure playing next weekend?
  18. Ohio State was pretty desperate for DT depth as well. I know a lot of Ohio State fans results to the same old lazy refrain “Texas dropped a bag” but I hate that response. Money is certainly at play in every recruit and transfer for every program nowadays, it is never only about money. But you’re probably right, Ohio State’s starting DT’s were pretty much set in stone for this season, he probably saw more of a chance competing with all new DT’s coming in together rather than guys that have been ahead of him on the roster for a couple years.
  19. Any word on your guys’ end on why Hero Kanu left Ohio State? He would have likely been 2nd or 3rd string here as well, but it doesn’t appear he’s in the two deep at Texas either. I’ve heard so many different reasons from our end and I’m sure there mostly bullshit.
  20. Who are going to be the two starting DT’s? I assume Brevard and who else?
  21. He might not have to. There are more ways to win a game than just throwing the ball all over the field. Same goes for Texas by the way. Arch could have just an average game and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if Texas still beat Ohio State.
  22. I believe it. There’s a reason I would say 55-60% of CFB “experts” are picking Texas to beat Ohio State , and Vegas has Texas as favorites to win it all.
  23. Kyle Flood definitely has the reputation as being one of the best OL coaches in the game.
  24. Eleven Warriors posted an article titled 10 biggest questions for Ohio State entering the season. Here’s what they had to say about the OL “DOES THE OFFENSIVE LINE LIVE UP TO THE HYPE? Considering various Ohio State offensive linemen stepped up down the stretch for the Buckeyes last season and many of them return for 2025, there’s no shortage of confidence in OSU’s stalwarts up front. Austin Siereveld’s hype meter is off the charts, considering his Iron Buckeye honors and being named the unquestioned starter at left tackle. Carson Hinzman is a proven commodity at center. Luke Montgomery played well at guard in the final two postseason games in 2024 and should handle the left side this year. And Phillip Daniels has drawn enough rave reviews that he might beat out transfer Ethan Onianwa for the starting right tackle gig. They’ll be tested right away against Texas’ vaunted pass rush, but the offensive line could be one of the strongest position groups for OSU this season.”
