    no doubt. Also, grad transfers will be available up into the summer. This reminds me of last week, when all was a disaster, doom and gloom - then we signed Coleman, then Hollywood, and suddenly the crowd goes wild.

    Spot on. Here's the thing - when the dust settles there will be a TON of college athletes without a 'job'. Realization will hit them like a brick wall. Some will find their way back into the folds of teams, especially if those teams are in need of players for that position that want to be coached (nod nod, wink), and others will be casualties to a system gone haywire.

    Agree, but maybe that is all that we could get, and something is better than nothing? Dunno.....

    Gerry, I laugh b/c people actually think that the cupboard is bare. We don't have the insider knowledge the coaches have in the potential of the folks listed above, at least. not all of them. Patience, grasshoppers.

    - and, what a lot of panicky folks are missing, there will be a lot of OL available on into the summer. Maybe they won't be superstars, but maybe they can be coached up good enough. Not every team has a front 5 of NFL caliber players. Journeymen are OK.

    Excellent point, @Gerry Hamilton. College athletics was originally designed to help athletes grow. How can they do so if the NIL limits positions to the very few?

    So true. I was reading the aggy posts, and one or two of them actually were sane - stating 'hey, the guy just didn't want to play for us; let's move on'. That is soooo much easier than getting bent outta shape and ill wishing.
