Yep. The willingness to change is the key! Think the biggest thing is he has to be ruthless on himself ... going to take digging deep and understanding what he has to change to ascend in the SEC and get over the hump.

Think this week may be Sark's toughest coaching job since year one. Which direction does the team go this week and Saturday? This team has fallen far below expectations, agents are probably chirping and trying to get extension deals or look for deals, etc... Arky has absolutely nothing to lose, and will come with spirited fight IMO

If one listens to Kirby’s post game PC, he mentioned “Texas kids” on Georgia team and said this in response to a question … “It’s what we build our core culture around, being the more physical team and you have to recruit physical players… I don’t know that, a lot of these kids want a check. They don’t want physicality. If you have the check and no physicality, you end with nothing. You’re not just getting checks at our place. We’re hitting people.” That is clearly aimed at two recruits in his mind, and future recruits in head-to-head battles

Texas plans to use at least 14 ships, and maybe all 15 ... two developmental players in this class. And have size to develop at all times. This one not the same level of Joe Sterling, who I think can end up being a high-level shooter in college hoops.

Oregon went to a different level in NIL, was part of it.

Expected to stay in 2027. As Jeff pointed out ... the All-Star games have become combo senior/junior due to NIL, not wanting to risk injury, more kids graduating HS in December and passing on the games NIL "agents" are definitely pushing back against their seniors playing more and more

Doing well behind the scenes. Texas likes where he can go as a player. Physical and fast combo. Developing at the needed rate this season to set up a solid chance to push in the spring. He wasn't a 5-star. Top 50-75 range in the country by most. OTF had him as a top 75 level prospect in the 2025 cycle.
