I’m ready for a downturn era of OU football and this is the time for it.

Where does Texas sit with him?

I’m pleased with this development

Must get

Texas has to get guys with length that can stretch the floor. The blueprint is obvious if you’ve watched the tourney. There is a unicorn or two with that kid from NCSt and maybe Edey. For the most part though it’s spread em, ball screen two man game, kick to shooter or high low action.

start at the 15:00 minute mark…short and sweet to the point. CDC ain’t playing around.

1990 Texas BMW

TY I’m tired of the poor Texas NIL excuse. Again CDC didn’t say that. Not sure why he would blatantly lie about it. CDC also said the pride of the University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak and timid. Shots fired if anyone paid attention to that. CDC was very short on baseball and was very complimentary of a lot of other programs. It was an interview with Trey E. Told me everything I needed to see. I don’t believe he’ll let baseball flounder when the directors cup means a lot to him. Baseball is the worst program on campus with the major sports. Behind football, softball, both hoops and of course volleyball. Tennis and swimming are also better.

Another kid I like is Myles Rice from Wazzu. Pac12 freshman of the year who averaged 14 a game. Pac12 was a better league than I gave it credit for this season. He’s not a must get but he would be a really nice addition.

AJ Storr is the only must get I’ve seen so far. More athletic Timmy Allen. Back to basket post up game, Can really drive and finish…his strength and a capable shooter from outside. Finally 81 percent from the foul line. Get him RT

So we have to out NIL Beard and Underwood. On the surface you would think Texas has the stuff to do it. I don’t think Ole Miss goes NIL wild in hoops like football….right?

Interesting

Texas 0-5 against P5 schools outside the B12 and 0-3 against the SEC. Losses to Texas St and TAMCC They lost at home to a 6-11-1 Washington team and dang near got swept. Baylor is what 8-14?

CDC didn’t indicate that in an interview with Trey E. I didn’t get that feeling at all. A lot of hidden nuggets in that interview too if you watch it.

Only problem with this is that the Big 12 is not a strong baseball conference. It’s like being the tallest midget. SEC has 7 of the top 10 and 12 teams ranked in the top 25. One of the B12 teams ranked is a future SEC school. Texas is in deep crap. No whistling past the graveyard from me.

Gotta be patient and not fill up on bread. The best players haven’t jumped in yet.

Reminds me of Bobby Reid old Okla St QB and former Northshore kid. Intriguing prospect. Definitely a dual threat. As much running as throwing. Not sure Sark goes for that but I sure would lol.

Vasek will play if he can stay healthy. Recruited over? Lol It’s all about staying healthy.

@Gerry Hamilton sorry to bug you but how does Lacey and Russell compare to one another? If you were QB coach who would you decide on? The more I read on Russell and our relationship with Duncanville, I’m becoming more intrigued by him.

I wasn’t sure Williams would be in the class. Love the receiver group. Corner recruiting has me slightly concerned. I wish Stewart was still going to SMU. Not seeing that one at all even as RB2

Texas gave it a run and didn’t quit. I wasn’t overly impressed with Tennessee. Texas is a very flawed team that didn’t play well and still had a chance. Proud of the guys for fighting like they did. The SEC knows Texas will be a tough out in the league. This was their champion and Texas gave them everything they wanted on a neutral floor.

A$M looked really good. Smoked Nebraska with 13 3’s and 50 percent shooting. They play UH to a 4 point game earlier in the year. Shead better play all world like he did on Texas.

Referee completely in position to make the call. That guy blew it anticipating the contact instead of letting the play happen in that moment. Terrible for Samford. I hate KU hoops.
