  1. Very curious to see how long this lasts. Some schools in parts of the state like SETX and Houston are going to get screwed by humidity more than anyone else. And to make it worse, there's currently only two HS indoor facilities in the Houston area. One is in Barbers Hill, it's super old, and it isn't a full field 100-yard field with end zones. The other is a full field at CE King IIRC, but there's no A/C and they just open up the garage doors. North Shore is currently building one that I believe will also be shared with Galena Park HS, but man, that's still only 3 indoor facilities for 4 HS teams. And one of those (Barbers Hill) really isn't even in the Houston area
  2. Also a few other fun games on the slate but none with Texas targets
  3. Chandler's QB is Oregon commit Will Mencl, a consensus top 100 overall prospect and top 10 prospect at his position
  4. Basha will play Chandler, another state of Arizona powerhouse that's also loaded with D1 recruits. Both programs are in Chandler, a suburb of the Phoenix area and are just 20 minutes apart. (Basha vs. Chandler game is on the bottom of the graphic and has to be clicked on to see)
  5. For an even dumber reason than you would’ve ever thought
  6. We’ve had a date, but we now have a time. The commitment ceremony will be live streamed on Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.
  7. Welcome in! No better time to join!

  9. Link to day one of coaching school press conferences — Should be free for anyone to tune in as long as they make a Victory+ account. Starts in a little over half an hour https://victoryplus.com/player/2026_thsca_coaches_convention/24298?categorySlug=category_victory_games_default
  10. Legacy the School of Sports Sciences is a new school that opened only a few years ago. They're not apart of UIL or TAPPS so they play an outlaw schedule with a bunch of random teams that's a mix of UIL, TAPPS, and out of state schools. To my knowledge they do not have a postseason since they're not part of a league. This is the same school 2026 5-star QB Keisean Henderson went to. They also sent an OL and WR to A&M. The WR is Reggie Brown's son, Mike Brown. Michael Bishop, the former K-State QB and older cousin of Jermaine Bishop, was the Titans' HC for the last few years before he left to take the assistant QBs coach job at Houston right around the time Keisean enrolled. Their new HC is former A&M DB Toney Hurd, their DC is former Mississippi State DB Marcus Washington, their OC is Brandon Robinson, a long time coach/trainer in the Galveston county area that worked with guys like Jonah Williams and Devin Sanchez as young kids all the way through HS. And they have the Foreman twins as WRs and RBs coach. They also have a basketball team with a few D1 prospects and they play a national schedule as well. It seems like they're trying to turn it into an IMG type of school but they don't have boarding and their facilities are night and day since IMG is basically a P4 college. I don't know any of the players on their current football roster so I'm not sure how much talent they have, but this is their schedule:
  11. OTF continues to like the Horns’ chances
  12. Sales has already had a lot of exposure to the NFL. Likely part of why he's so mature. They didn't release the time he ran but Sales and his Lawrence North teammates helped setup/sync the NFL combine equipment earlier this year. If you're curious about his speed, Sales has track PRs of 6.85 in the 60M (2025) 10.81 in the 100M (2025) 21.4 in the 200M (2025) 22-10.75 in the long jump (2025) 5-10 in the high jump (2024)
  13. Golesh and Auburn are bringing a kicker!?!😂
