    At one of the companies I used to work for, the would ruthlessly fire the bottom performing 20% of the company every year... You might consider something similar for OTF... shave the worst 20% of subscribers every year... just saying... 😜 🤘

    With our rising GPA (higher than my Texas GPA for sure!) and "clean" program that is performing at a consistently high pace and widely admired, you think he'd have to be on any short list of this kind. Regardless of expectations of him as a coach coming in, not sure anyone could have anticipated he's run "the whole show." No one else I'd rather have than Sark right now across all those categories. 🤘
