    I am really banking on all of those pass rushers being affective because i think we’re going into year FOUR of a below average pass defense.

    If the secondary is the issue for the FOURTH year in a row the combo of terry and gideon aren’t gonna be here come this time next year and shouldn’t.

    Lack of red zone offense, our pass defense and turnovers lost us that game against washington which are two of the three issues we couldn't never figure out last season. The homer types want to completely overlook the lack of pass defense to praise what the wide receivers and quarterbacks did will regret it come this season.

    Since you’re so special that i have to explain to you what we’ve ALL seen over the last THREE years. Defensive backs standing flat footed, lack of communication to pass off routes, lack of physicality and so on. Don’t be such a homer to ONLY praise the passing game and overlook the lack of pass defense. Taaffe and brooks are going to be liabilities for us if you like it or not.

    Going into year three it’s gotta be a coaching issue. There’s a reason Gideon and terry didn’t get raises, It’s their show me year. Everybody’s all hyped up about the QB play, But i am more worried about our secondary. The first changed I’d make is take taffee off the field. He’s just to slow, small and got exposed multiple times today because of those traits.

    I don’t follow baseball to all to have an opinion, But basketball was definitely am emotion hire and i can’t blame CDC for it.

    I definitely agree it’s worrisome that we’re going on year four of possibly having a below average secondary. People can say they “think” the secondary will be better because of personnel, But I’ll believe it when i see it on the field.

    All i want for 2025 is a wide out class with kelshaun and DK moore in it. Soo many speed between those two it would be scary to have with arch next year.

    Other then prolly littering these kids with nice NIL payday’s i am trying to figure out what LSU has to offer to stack up against that.

    More than agree because that would help our defensive backs immensely in pass coverage. I think the inability to get QB’s on the ground and our below average pass coverage is tied together.

    I really am hoping our pass rush gets better because that’ll help our defensive backs in pass coverage immensely.
