  1. Perhaps, but TNT was only the broadcast medium. The broadcast was produced by ESPN with ESPN crews and is owned by ESPN.
  2. With the number of dudes in the portal, I would hope it has a whole bunch of vents.
  3. As a Quinn fan, no thanks lol. At least not until Jerrah's gone.
  4. Not arguing your premise at all, but if tOSU were to sh*tcan Day I don't believe that he could build a similar program elsewhere. Day benefitted from Urban being the sleeze that he is and left while the machine was humming. I really believe they win in spite of him. JMO
  5. Neither can you. What's your point?
  6. Whether Bedenbaugh stays or goes, being an OL in an Air Raid offense can't be better for NFL development than Sark's offense.
  7. If you're going to steal paywall content and paste it here, you can at least give Eric Nahlin and Inside Texas credit for it.
  8. Tell me you've never been to a Horns v aggie game in Collieville without telling me. Based upon your comment, I'm guessing you haven't ever been to this game. That game is always the most electric in that stadium for them. The ND game atmosphere and noise level wasn't even close to what this game will be.
  9. He was in Austin
  10. I hear we also put a man on the moon.
  11. Well, we have not been at full strength since the second day of fall practice (and down 2 after one week), so lamenting aggie RB injuries in week 11 seems pretty meh to me. But yeah, if we could magically have a 100% healthy RB room for all 11 weeks, I'd sign up for it.
  12. IDGAF about their RB issues. Texas has been playing the whole year without Baxter and Clark. Blue and Wisner have both been dinged for chunks of time this year as well. Ryan Niblett had to be moved to play some RB. Even our last minute SMU transfer has missed several games. I'd agree with you if there was some fairy dust available that could make Baxter and Clark available, but there isn't. Their recent injuries just serves to make the RB problems similar for both teams.
  13. The head football coach of a team where ESPN has decided to broadcast from on campus for two days agrees to get interviewed by ESPN while they're in town? I'm shocked! How could he do such a thing? 🙄 Who tf cares? This type of stuff happens every week. It's part of the job description.
  14. Both of them have already been guest pickers before. No repeats.
  15. This sums it up pretty well. The net of it is that Oregon was able to shave critical seconds off the clock with little risk. Those seconds came into play on the next play when Howard scrambled as time ran out.
  16. Actually, I should have said Illegal Substitution, which was the infraction committed by the Ducks. Not sure if Illegal Participation is still on the books or not. Haven't seen it called (15 yard penalty) in forever.
  17. Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalties would do the trick
  18. The officials have leeway if a team tried to do this. One Illegal Participation foul can be debated, but consecutive ones would generate harsher penalties. After the second one, and each one in succession, the defense could/would get penalized 15 yards for Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
  19. Sark's happy with his play, so he's doing just fine as far as I'm concerned.
  20. DJ Sanders looks pretty meh. Limited effort, takes plays off
  21. I'm an old and 2010-2021 doesn't come close to having the worst of Texas football. Nothing in that time frame was as bad as "Rout 66", with UCLA kicking ass 66-3 at DKR-TMS on September 13, 1997. It's the worst home loss in Texas history. In retrospect, the only thing positive from it was that there was absolutely no possibility of John Mackovic being the coach in 1998 after that day. I know that wasn't the premise of your OP, but thought I'd add some context.

  23. Now you're thinking... to simplify things, maybe they should include mugshots on their picture/media days.
  24. From that article, I learned that the Broncos starting safeties are Brandon Jones and PJ Locke.
