    My original was in post in the wrong thread. On Brown, I really don't have any animosity. He always loved his Davis relationship and this seemed inevitable. Just wished he would have flipped back when it first came up.

    That BS show last night tells it all. He's a narcissistic and talented dude who likes the spotlight on himself. @Gerry Hamilton and the rest of media got played by Moore and momma. It may not have been just $$$, but it was also the shock the world desire in the form of the "I want to blaze my own trail" bs. Given that his decision was leaked while he was dazzling the world with his essence, and his bitching about it live, I almost expected him to postpone or change his pick to prove them wrong. But the pull of the $$$ got it across the line.

    Thanks for the inside info but, at this point, it doesn't matter. What this tells me is that CDC has his finger on the pulse of the department and listened to the athletes. The result was that Murphy "resigned" and CDC hired Laura Ionello within 5 days. CDC's a wizard.

    Look, Dee has potential and flashed a little as a freshman. But I don't know that it "hurt". If we would've lost Max or Gaspo, THAT would've hurt. I'm sorry Dee decided to go, but we'll be fine without him. I hope he does well at KSU.

    It you already have the Texas Longhorn app that you use to manage UT tickets, you don't need the LHN app. You can access the LHN content from the top-left menu on the Home screen.

    I was told that Tulo doesn't want an on-field coaching role. His kids are getting older and into their own baseball, etc. and he wants to be able to spend the time with them. That's why he was happy in his Director role.

    It will be interesting to see if a$m can keep all of their portal guys. Occupy LF posted on IT that most, if not all, of the a$m portalers would have already received an NIL offer sheets from interested schools. The market is set. Will those guys be willing to go back to a$m for less than what they've been offered on the open market?

    Probably so, but he hasn't committed yet. They referenced commitments specifically.

    Bobby said earlier, and I think Gerry did too, that none of the "Hi" posts were affected by these commitments. The ones they've referenced are still in play.

    True. But, unfortunately, they've struck out more often than they've hit at DT the past 3 years. Whatever their strategy and process has been, they need to review it and make changes. They've failed repeatedly at HS recruiting at the position over that time and it's looking similar in this cycle. They need to fix it.

    Nope. Those guys are 2023 and 2024 recruits. We're talking 2025. Can't keep missing on iDL.
