    Walker was throwing strikes. Not sure why you want a bullpen game in Game 1 when pitching could be a premium if you drop a game.

    Rumors are floating the USC is trying to get out of its game with ND. Will it soon be forced to join a conference and will its weak strength of schedule be held against it? They play two ranked teams in week 1 and 2 in Miami (#21) and a&m (23). It’s a joke.

    OU delaying as much as they can so weather can move in and get a tie out of this.

    Does Texas rest their arms - Volantis, maybe Grubbs and Rojas given they have locked up the SEC? I think they are a lock for a top 8 seed. Maybe sit Jonah to keep hammy healthy.

    Couldn't the play in game hurt teams hoping to get one of the 3 at-large bids or is the SEC and Big10 capped at 4 teams? If the No. 3 team in the SEC loses, could that keep them out after the play-in games?

    I remember when 121 was a two lane road out to the Colony - whenever our football/baseball team played out that way we'd always ask our coach to stop at the topless bar "Wranglers" [RIP]

    They had players return for their senior year, so even if Texas recruited better 3 years ago, they have more returning (plus returning QB and RB).

    5-game lead with 9 to play. Imagine if Auburn hits the kick vs Georgia and Texas wins baseball and football championships in its first year. Keep winning series.
