  13. @Gerry Hamilton WBGT stands for Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature. It is a type of weather measure that tells you how hot it feels outdoors. It looks at air temperature, water in the air, wind, and sunlight. Three Parts of WBGT Wet-bulb temperature: Measures how water evaporates. This shows how sweat cools the body. It handles humidity. Black globe temperature: Uses a black sphere to measure radiant heat from the sun. Dry-bulb temperature: Measures standard air temperature in the shade. Why WBGT Matters It is more accurate than a standard heat index for people working or playing in direct sun. Schools, sports leagues, and the military use it to plan safe water breaks or cancel outdoor events. It helps prevent dangerous conditions like heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

  18. Odd, because Jimmy Sexton admitted a few years later that he was playing the rogue Texas regents against Bama. Also, how did a coach about to be fired anyway blow it all up?
  19. I always wished Lil Jordan Humphries had come back for his final year. I always thought he was underrated. He didn’t have the blazing speed, as witnessed at the combine, but he was a playmaker with the ball in his hands. It would have been beneficial to him as well to come back for his senior year. He was incredible at high pointing the ball and 50/50 catches.
  20. BTW, this story making the rounds is proof that we’re out of talking season. We’re now squarely behind in “Football, Please Get Here in a Hurry” Season.
