Had Tennessee won the game the NCAA would release multiple statements. The last statement would have included “ yes they broke the rules, yes Texas should be the winner, but Tennessee won.”

Problem is he was mediocre against UTSA. When you come off a “mediocre game” and have another one that’s not good. I don’t have Arch at the expectations many others have had since he was signed. I am just wanting him to be consistently serviceable.

That's kind of my point tho. I already don't look at youtube chat but I'd like to watch coffee & football on monday morning after a big win in Neyland against a top 15 team (And a top 5 defense, let's be honest about their talent) and rejoice in Texas being 4-0... instead all I get is frustrated people projecting their anxieties onto everyone else. The problems are clear for this Texas team, no need to overboard and be miserable.

It's everywhere. Just saw someone call the QB "Brain dead". Youtube chat is a hell hole. Twitter is even worse. Winning is supposed to be fun. There's a lot of people in the Texas fanbase that make it miserable.

Everyone is talking about he should have checked out of plays at the LOS. To his defense, I don’t know how much he would be able to do that in that kind of environment and as loud as it is there. Like I said earlier, we are going to see what we saw today from defenses the rest of way or until we start burning it. We need to work on blitz/pressure beaters. We have alot of guys that are dangerous in space we need to find a way to get it to them. Do that enough and the run game will come back around. They got analysis from a ton of back grounds. Figure it out

Nothing about my reaction is due to anything that you guys at OTF are doing, I want to make that clear. But it's genuinely become so much less enjoyable to watch this team and less fun because of some people in this fan base. We can critique and want the best for the team without always having to jump to absolutes. Just ranting I guess. Winning is supposed to be fun. A lot of the times getting on this threads or in the chat on monday morning makes it miserable.

Unfortunately.... it seems as if some of the employees of OTF subscribe to the same behavior. 4-0 with wins over number 1 Ohio State and a win in neyland... we could be Oklahoma.
