  10. Ever been to a softball game? The girls love this song
  11. Uh oh - guessing Stephanie, Michelle and Sarah are not going to like this lol
  12. I hope Jonah Williams heals up, stays healthy, and plays baseball.
  13. I cant put faith in Jonah to stay healthy. And that pains me from being from the 409. I love the kid and wish him the best, but the best ability is availability. That's not something hes shown so far
  14. Part of the "five to play five" proposal includes an age limit. Clock starts at 19 or when the player graduates high school, so likely 24 would be the AARP marker. Exceptions for religious missions, pregnancy and military service (I think I got them all)
  15. Really? This guy is like 26 years old. That is not a college football player. 5 for 5 plus an age restriction is warranted.
  16. My favorite almost in this category was Chip Ambres and the Aggie fans who swore for years he was going to leave baseball and rescue Slocum.
  17. Stevie South will be on the team next year and plays catcher at an elite level.
  18. SMU would have to start a baseball program. Just sayin…
  19. Don’t forget there are some high recruits who were on the bench this year as freshman that will be sophomores ready to contribute as well.
  20. OTF kills it on YouTube. I love hearing from Coach Shipley.
  21. Yep, Tracy played for Tech 20 something years ago and the family gave so much money for NIL and facilities that they named the softball facility after her a few weeks ago - (quote from TexasTech.com) Tracy Sellers Field On March 27, 2026, Texas Tech formally announced the renaming of its softball facility to Tracy Sellers Field, recognizing former Red Raider softball student-athlete Tracy Sellers and her family’s significant impact on the program. Sellers, who competed for Texas Tech from 2001-03, and her husband, John, have played a major role in supporting Red Raider Athletics through philanthropic giving, including contributions to the Red Raider Club, NIL support, and capital improvements that have helped elevate Texas Tech Softball in recent years. The announcement also reflects the Sellers family’s direct investment in the facility itself. Prior to the 2026 season, the stadium received several upgrades, including a new awning and protective netting down both baselines, made possible in part through the family’s generosity. Texas Tech framed the renaming as a tribute not only to Tracy Sellers’ legacy as a former student-athlete, but also to the family’s continued commitment to helping provide a championship-level experience for current and future Red Raiders.
  22. Teagan Kavan is just a Junior. We need a catcher so Stewart can stay at first. We are good on the mound. Likely a few utility players would help. Speed!
