Well, that just about covers it! I didn't choose wisely when I didn't propose to my GF from UT. When she heard I was engaged she showed up at my workplace in Downtown Houston (she lived in Dallas) and tried to talk me out of my mistake. I felt like I had "given my word" and couldn't go back on the engagement... even though I really wanted to. 21 years later I got divorced because my Ex was just always unhappy about something or other. I do have a daughter who graduated from UT in 2017 and is engaged to a young man I like, so it wasn't a total loss. My GF from UT days is still married and doing well. My Ex got remarried within a couple of years. I never even went out on a coffee date because I just prefer living the single life. Your post is excellent and your man is fortunate to have you. We all have one thing in common. We love the Longhorns, so Hook 'Em!!!

I don't get the need for a sponsor to try a case in public against the team he roots for.

Sark essentially said that WM is a second head coach with full authority and responsibility for the defense. Sark will apply his full attention to the offense rather than having to keep an eye on the defense which he was apparently having to do with PK. This is huge.

Gideon left Texas to run HIS show on defense. Any highly successful coach needs to leave the nest, just likes kids need to leave the home nest. Gideon already played 3 years under Muschamp.

From a woman’s perspective, who’s divorced from my college sweetheart, and now very happily married, pick wisely & don’t settle. In my humble opinion, men are pretty easy to please, while we can be much more complicated & manipulative (and sometimes downright mean). Run from anyone trying to change you, keep you away from your friends, or is overly demanding. Find a woman who is low maintenance, is a giver not a taker, and one who is kind-hearted (& longhorn fan🤘).

It also hasn’t been too smooth for the defense at Georgia Tech… Not that it’s all Gideon’s fault. Georgia Tech busted more than a few of my parlays this year 🤣

For the TX OU game, the OU seats are always cheaper than the Texas seats, even when they are favored. Our fans are willing to pay more & we have always traveled well 🤘

I remember watching this live at DKR. The video doesn't do justice to how smooth the 'rip and dip' move was that Kindle pulled off and then his acceleration into the QB. He looked like a heat seeking missile and the OT barely got a hand on him. Kindle was an absolute pass rushing beast and it's unfortunate that his pro career was almost nonexistent due to injury.

Gideon got the Job here the first time because of a recommendation from Muschamp. Don't underestimate that connection.
