Snap Judgments: No. 7 Texas finishes strong, puts away No. 18 Missouri
Not sure why people are complaining about not running the ball more. Our early runs were successful due to out leveraging the front, not controlling the LOS. Both of our 3 and outs were run focused drives. Our ceiling as an offense is with Arch controlling the pace with Sark giving him easy short to intermediate throws. Our OL lacks the ability to move people, especially when the other team is trying to stop it from happening. Great to see Sark setting Arch up for success and Arch finding his rhythm because of it. That's a great sign for the rest of the season.

Yes, he did. According to @CJ Vogel , Kanu said after the game that he was fine.

Recruiting hasn't been an issue, IMO.

can I add something? This game HAS to be good for recruiting. The season is certainly not over by any stretch, but this was big IMO for recruiting. I guess we'll see if I'm right later on.

I think we have to win out to be sure to make playoff. pTSD from last year. Not sure about 9-3, they drop teams in weird ways .

100% with you on Sark’s brand of football. He is not honest when he talks about running the football. Raleek Brown is a feature back, not change of pace. Feed him 20+ times a game. Why does he disappear for multiple series a game.

Maybe. I'm encouraged by some of the things I saw on offense today.

Punt team is still an abortion. Kickoff return not much better.

No doubt. As frustrating as the offense was at times, I'll take two three-and-outs and six scores on 13 possessions.

If Alabama hangs on in Baton Rouge, the Tide will be in with a likely 10-2 record. Alabama finishes with Vanderbilt, Chattanooga and Auburn.

Austin Simmons vs Arch
Thank you Jesse Palmer. You are comparing apples and oranges. Simmons has 2 options on each play. If 1 is dead, then go to 2.......if 2 is dead, your time is up. Our offense is a pro-style, go through the progressions. Who do you think teams want to face in the 4th quarter? Simmons or Manning? Hint; it isnt Texas.

I'll be honest, I haven't started looking at tie breakers.

Sark has found a formula that's working. Arch isn't perfect, but he's getting better.

They've scored 30 points in every game since @CJ Vogel buried the 50 burger hat.

I didn't like it. I wanted to see Sark lean on it. I was losing my mind. Thankfully, he got Raleek Brown the ball in crunch time. Better late than never, I guess.

The talk of toughness holds more weight when everyone sees you break an opponent's will in the fourth quarter.
