Correct, they're aiming for a smaller class after spending a lot on their last two HS classes. Really curious to see how this strategy plays out because if they have a bad season things could go off the rails. The expectations are just too unrealistic for anyone that follows after Saban in a much different modern era of college football. Bama has had a lot of donor fatigue and does not have the coffers or financial support that Texas or Texas A&M does either, so this could end up being a long term strategy for them as well where they purposely sign a small class once every three years. They'd have to show that the strategy works first before being able to use it again though

As I mentioned in a previous post, went to school with his cousin JacQuizz Rodgers and social media friends with him. Saw a pic on Quizz’s story of him standing by who I believe is LWC wearing a Longhorn Tee. Posted yesterday. May or may not be him. Looks like him to me. Took a screenshot but not gonna post it here out of respect of privacy for their family. I’ll post it if he winds up committing, because it’s a cool pic of the two Rosenberg legends standing together (if it is indeed LWC). Only reason I feel comfortable sharing this speculation is because Quizz is friends or friends of friends with pretty much everyone in Rosenberg and posted this publicly 🤷‍♂️ just a FWIW post to generate some cautious optimism

Those three would probably be the three I'd be deciding between for a first-team all-time Texas offensive line. I don't think people realize that Mike Baab was one of the best high school offensive linemen the state has ever produced and played more than a decade in the NFL.

They're always sketchy and don't usually translate to how CBs are valued in the draft, or even how they're schemed for during the season at the CFB level.
