  1. Past hour
  2. What Bates has done with this team is remarkable. I'm excited about our future. We do need to upgrade the soccer facilities. I don't know what that looks like, but we're not competitive in that sport with our facilities any more. I'd think Bates was given some assurances before taking the job. In any case, she was not handed a full kitchen cabinet, and they've suffered some critical injuries. The level of production this year after last year's abomination has been heartening to say the least.
  3. Hell yes!! He loved hard but had high standards and expectations for his guys!
  4. "I gotta live with this motherfu*king fu*king embarrassing game the rest of my fu*king life!" If Sark didn't have this kind of speech after the game then I don't want him as my coach.
  5. Yesterday
  6. I don't care when they make the move. I just don't wanna see any more of the absolute garbage quality of QB play we've been seeing. We can't even function as an offense. If Arch gets benched at some point vs Ole Miss, it'll be his own fault.
  7. This is an eye opening post. I was thinking about this last week. Sarks offense would get ahead then shut it down just be in a dog fight. This has always been the deal with Sark.
  8. Hopefully Sean Miller can save us.
  9. Watching Florida lose an exhibition game to Baylor was comical. That team literally can't shoot. Some of the worst offense I've ever seen. If they are the best team in the country (they clearly aren't), college basketball is in a bad place.
  10. At the time, I thought he regretted the decision from the week before, adressed it in practice, and it was a reasonable challenge to his unit. Reflecting on it during the game, I'd much rather have used my D for field position and clock management. But I was trusting the D at that point in the game. Now seeing his answer, its baffling to say play design was a factor in failing. That's what last week - and the off-season including the portal - were for. It make all of the above moot and makes the season and program not only about a lower ceiling, but lower floor.
  11. Going for it was the right call. 2 inches. Look at the numbers for QB sneak success rate under a yard. It’s basically a layup. Sark pulled up from the mid-range on a fast break instead of taking the open layup.
  12. If that time calls for KJ, then by all means let him give it a go. But calling for him to start over Arch Manning with Ole Miss coming to town is just not smart. Why put the fate of the season on a backup QB who has never played true competition in real time? I get replacing Arch mid way through the game if nothing changes from Arch to try to get something going for the offense, but willing throwing him in the fire and expecting results fast is just wishful thinking. I’m not saying I’m disagreeing that arch isn’t playing good whatsoever, but we cannot pressure another QB change and expect results. Same thing happened with Quinn and Arch and look how that turned out. I remember people calling for Arch because Quinn couldn’t navigate the pocket like him or like he could the years before, same thing is happening to Arch. You don’t just regress after two seasons just because. This is a coaching problem that needs fixing.
  13. Back up QB is always the most popular guy on the campus. These same idiots wanted to bench quinn for arch. 🤷🏾‍♂️😂
  14. I wish we wouldn’t do the staff shuffle thing, you’re absolutely correct.
  15. Agree with everything he said. Another big moment was Washington down 6. 1st and 10 at the 12 and we ended up losing a yard. Unacceptable. He literally blew it in the semis two years in a row in very similar fashion.
  16. 2024 and 2025 Arch had that ability. Idk what this 2026 dude is doing We don't need to get goofy and rewrite history and pretend Arch has always played like this or never exhibited any more ability than what we're currently seeing. That said, I still wanna see KJ Lacey
  17. Herkie Walls was legis as well
  18. The back-up QB is always the most popular guy on the team.
  19. Give Milwee or Bimonte or even both a chance to call the plays from now on. Leave Sarks scheme and concepts just let one of them call the plays. Maybe changing the gut instinct of the play caller and having the OC in the press box calling the plays will work. Sark can still have input and be more of a QB coach on the sidelines to help Arch make adjustments by having more time to analyze a drive/play instead of looking down at his call sheet or thinking of what play to call next.
  20. I remember similar things said about Quinn and Arch being the one who could step up to make that throw.
  21. That’s kinda what I think. However, if you are point blank told you are gone, I’m not inclined to think Sarkisian definitely walks. He won’t get another job like this again unless he realizes a coordinator is what he is and wants.
  22. It's not about "limited snaps or bad competition" It's about the eye test of a QB with active feet and a basic competence of how to move in the pocket. Yes, KJ Lacey has exhibited that every time we've seen him.
