Sunday - He Found Something
Sellers taking that last TD against aggy was interesting. Of course aggy offense is shall we say awful.

I think he thought it could be over and cost Mizzou their timeouts. Debatable decision.

Sunday - He Found Something
Definitely think saturdays game is winnable. Gotta wonder how tuned out the crowd and LSU team will be. Theyβll be desperate. Leavitt is still a turnover machine. Muschamp needs to put pressure on him early. And often. Feed bishop and raleek on offense. Unleash Biles and Simmons on D.

I will search the board to see if my question is answered somewhere, but has Littleton said why he decided not to score?

What is LSUβs best win?
LSU significantly outgained Alabama 457 yards to 285 yards in their November 7, 2026 matchup. LSU failed four times on fourth down (0-4!). LSU struggled in the RDZ, 4 trips but only 10 pts. Situational football cost LSU. LSU had the lead late in the 3rd Q. But Bama scored 21 unanswered to win 31 to 13.

Saturday - Three Probable
We are learning as a team many things as this season goes on; we are learning to win on the road against hostile teams hell-bent on beating Texas; we are learning to play without key team members, with our backs to the wall, and new guys stepping up to make plays. All of this is quintessential to post season success. HookEm.

Sunday - He Found Something
If you want to see a coach that is the very definition of competitive, take a look at the short video of Steve Sarkisian below. Winning clearly meant something to him, something very deep. Almost like he was exorcising some football demons. ** I believe it meant something special to him yesterday because, at least in part, he knows he helped put his players, his quarterback in particular, in a position to succeed. And his quarterback and his offense answered the bell in a big way. As a coach, Iβm not sure thereβs a better feeling than that. Itβs something Sark had struggled to get just right all season. Arch, the OL and some dropped passes along the way did not help matters. But when the clock hit double zero in Columbia, the outlook of the 2026 Texas football team felt like it had fundamentally changed. Why? The 34 points scored against Ole Miss at home was no longer a fluke. The offense felt like it had created an identity. It was no longer a punching bag of three-and-outs. Instead, it showed real signs that it could blossom into something truly efficient and at the same time forceful, a unit that can both score points and move the chains. The emergence and usage of Jermaine Bishop helped. So too did the increased checkdowns to the running backs and tight ends and the steady play of Ryan Wingo and Emmett Mosley V. The offensive line, in this style of play, felt like it could hold up better. And the emergence of Raleek Brown as a true RB1 rather than a rotation also seemed to provide pop and consistency. Thereβs a reason Sark pumped his fists in the air after the win yesterday. The Longhorns may have found a real path forward and to the College Football Playoff. ** Itβs a night-time kick in Baton Rouge. 6:30 on ABC. The college football world will be watching the Longhorns and Tigers. This will be a true test of the Texas offense and the Texas defense. Enjoy your Sunday, folks. The Horns have a big one on Saturday. HookβEm! View full news story

Being upset at the refs circumstancesβ¦
In most cases I recall, fan bases upset at the refs are likely related to missed or non-reviewable calls. This game was odd in that most of the controversy was reviewed. Both teams had reviewed calls go against them but Texas ended up ahead on the strength of the odd forward fumble. The non fumble due to forward progression was wrong. Texas had at least 3 no calls go against them..canβt think of no calls to on Missouri. So in the circumstance of winning reviewed calls I donβt feel at all like we got away with one. Oh and the Miami TD overturn was clearly incomplete. That rule of maintaining possession is enforced more often than not regardless of call on field vs replay. And yesβ¦the SEC should play the audio during replay reviews.

What is LSUβs best win?
- Bobby and Jeff: π
No offense to anyone else but Jeff and Gerry are my two favourites at OTF. Love everyone else though but those two are my favourites. Although Jeff and Rod B together on a live stream is freaking goated. Throw Gerry in and it'll be the best show of the week lol. When he's back to 100% of course.- Snap Judgments: No. 7 Texas finishes strong, puts away No. 18 Missouri
even the 3rd quarter?- Bobby and Jeff: π
Couldn't agree more. They're passionate about Texas without letting every win make them irrationally optimistic or every loss make them irrationally pessimistic. They'll praise what's working, criticize what isn't, and move on without the over-the-top meltdown routine. That's a pretty rare combination these days. π€- 2026-27 Womenβs Basketball Thread
Booker is a starting for a WNBA team in less than 7 months! She is ready too. Her opponents are in awe of her. She could score 50 a game if Coach let her. She's that good.- Bobby and Jeff: π
I love B-Rob's analysis. He sees things only a former pro can see.- Bobby and Jeff: π
Thanks. Very kind words.- Snap Judgments: No. 7 Texas finishes strong, puts away No. 18 Missouri
great read. Lets keep rolling. Hook em. Beat LSU- Bobby and Jeff: π
I think weβre all lucky to work with one another. Just a good group of guys and one gal IMO.- Bobby and Jeff: π
Thank you. I appreciate those words and hope we live them every day.- Bobby and Jeff: π
NGL - @Bobby Burton has been is bag lately. New office, LHN partnership, top shelf guests, killer articles. He is too humble to toot his own horn but there is a reason he is top dog in a pack of alphas. - Bobby and Jeff: π
