Georgia at #1 and Texas at #2 would be so fitting. Take care of business against UTSA and in SEC regular season play and go earn that #1 spot in Atlanta.
-
Does Texas move to the top of the AP Poll this week? Sports Illustrated put out an article this morning that projected Georgia #1 and Texas #2. How could the Horns not be #1?

That smoke many teams are using pregame and at halftime needs to be eliminated. It lingers around making the game look like it is being played in a heavy London fog. It happened in DKR last night and it was bad enough but take a look at the Ole Miss game highlights from yesterday. Could barely see the field. It cannot be good for the players inhaling that stuff. Plus the smoke in DKR is Tennessee orange. Time to lose it…everywhere.

@AusMOJO, my brother in Christ… you didn’t ‘react to what you were seeing,’ you were live‑tweeting your own emotional collapse. You were typing like the game was a FEMA event. Then Texas hits the 4th quarter, lets their nuts hang like they were airing out laundry on a Hill Country clothesline, and suddenly you’re Mr. ‘Feel free to drag me.’ So here it is: consider yourself dragged, roasted, smoked, sautéed, and served on a paper plate at a Austin tailgate. You folded faster than Ohio State’s secondary on that last drive. You were ready to write the eulogy, and Sark/Arch turned it into a baptism. Welcome back, we saved you a seat on the bandwagon --- it’s in the back, next to the people who turned their TVs off in the 3rd.

Can Coleman in Ty Smiths jersey?

Assuming this was for Hail Mary defense and not having 8 Cam Coleman and 8 Kade Phillips on field at same time- 1 reply

Day's NC respite from the hot seat is probably over. I thought he really lacked situational awareness on that last drive. His defense was cashed and they weren't going to make a goal line stand. He should have conceded the TD, saved the clock and a timeout and gave Sayin a chance to get them in field goal position.
-
I could see tOSU being a bubble team, just like anyone else right now except Miami and ND. To me, Sayin is maxed out. Hugh floor, but is it high enough in a talent neutral environment - and TOSU has several tough games on its schedule this year?
-
I can only imagine the message boards over there this morning

Wow. Its going to be What Have You Done Lately, Day for the buck nuts crowd

They have now lost three of their last four games. Hard to fathom. But true.
-
They’re not going to face many teams who can manage their offense and hold it to 23 points.
-
I think their offensive line issues will be a huge liability against any team with a good DL. But they are definitely playoff worthy. Really good QB and receivers. Solid defense. Good RB.
-
They would be relying on some November chaos to get in. Same position we were in and we had the most chalk November ever

-
No but only because no 9-3 has made it in without winning there conference yet, they would have a good argument though
-
I do think we'll see some three loss-teams in the playoff this year, but I don't think Ohio State loses two more games.
-
They will be edged out by James Madison by the CFPC
-
They may well make it this year. I think there are going to be fewer 10-2 teams. The schedules this year are just brutal.

I freaking turned off the game mid way through the third quarter and started moping around only to turn it back on and find out we were 17-23 what a game man
